Corey Vidal is sweet funny and loves Star Wars. I remember the first video I watched. It was “DARK TROOPERS – Star Wars Action Short Film” and I fell in love. He is what some people may call a nerd, however that is what makes his video’s so popular. With television show’s such as Big Bang Theory and Forever being so popular Corey Vidal is in the right place to be showcasing nerdy short films. I am a huge Star Wars fan. Corey Vidal posts numerous videos of Star Wars spoofs and trailers, which has a large fan base.
Another reason why Corey Vidal is awesome is because he made an interactive video with his fellow famous Canadian YouTubers. It was very unique and no other YouTuber has done anything similar.

Corey Vidal is a very popular YouTuber and will continue to attract new followers due to his unique video styles. He is Funny, nerdy and sweet and that is why I love Corey Vidal.

Learning Something New in a Few Minutes with Asapscience

Some people consider gaming to be a hobby, but for people like me, it’s more than just a hobby…it’s a passion. And I know there are many people out there who would agree. Simple point, gaming is a way of life. It’s like breathing to us. We find others that love the games we do, and then we ramble on about them in a way that sort of sounds like gibberish to others. After countless of hours of gaming with one another, you end up making close friends with these people. And that’s why I love gaming so much.

Because of this love I am consistently trying to find new games to play. But most video games aren’t cheap and therefore before I go out to buy a game, I usually watch videos of the gameplay.

And while searching for gameplay on the game Five Nights at Freddy's 2, I came across the Vanoss Gaming channel. I instantly adored this channel because it’s not only funny but it also provides me with visuals for popular games that I’d like to try. I can tell that Evan Fong, “Vanoss” is his gaming name, is as passionate of a gamer as I am. He’s genuine and his videos are entertaining for anyone, not just gamers. Thus, in my opinion I think the Vanoss Gaming channel is worth the subscribing too.

Have any funny gaming moments? Care to share them with us?

Learning Something New in a Few Minutes with Asapscience

You definitely can’t deny that you don’t learn something new every time you watch an Asapscience video. All of their videos are filled with interesting facts that may or may not be useful, but never cease to amaze ones point of view on the topic. One video I found to be useful is “8 Sick Remedies That Actually Work - Scientifically!” everybody gets sick and it is good to know which remedies actually work.
In the Asapscience video it says that Chicken soup is actually good for colds because it contains Anti-Inflammatory, which has a impact that prevents neutrophils from moving, however it is better to eat nutrient rich food. Although you may have heard the phrase “Feed a cold, starve a fever.
Asapscience’s video also states that an apple a day does somewhat keep the doctor away.100g of apples contain the same anti-oxidant power of 1500mg of Vitamin C, which has been shown to inhibit the growth of a few types of cancerous tumors. As well apple peels lower the chances of heart disease. So why not just take Vitamin C? Well, Vitamin C doesn’t actually affect the severity of a cold but the deration of the cold.
If you have a bad cough and need quick relief, drink honey. Honey anit-bacterial activity increases the release of cytokines. Also having garlic decreases the length and severity of a cold and flu symptoms. Echinacea is also a very popular herbal supplements, echinacea decreased the odds of developing a cold by 58% and reduced the length of colds by approximately 1 and a half days.
Lastly having a drink with a small amount of alcohol. Studies have shown that moderate amounts of alcohol can boost the immune system. But becoming a daily drinker (alcoholic) effects your immune system. Overall if none of these tips interest you than make sure to have plently of water and rest will sure have that cold cleared up and gone in no time.
Asapscience has great tips such as these on many of their videos. Make sure to check out their YouTube page. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYXZP8eZKCw

What is the Educational Aspect of Vanossgaming?

]]Evan Fong created a YouTube channel called Vanossgaming. This channel is steadily growing in popularity by the day. Many youth are willing to spend their time learning about new games and how hilariously funny it is to play them. However, it can be alarming how much time is spent on watching these videos and on gaming. Unfortunately where there is alarm, there is also concern – especially from parents. So the question is, what is the – if any – educational aspect to Vanossgaming?

It breaks my heart to say this as a fellow gamer, but in my opinion there is no educational value to Evan Fong’s channel. However, the channel does encourage one to play video games. And there are in fact, a few educational benefits to gaming in general. These benefits include improvements in hand-eye co-ordination and in reduction of reaction time. Furthermore, gaming provides an environment of wonder and curiosity which may help stimulate learning. So even though, Vanossgaming may not have the educational aspect, there are some with gaming.

Now I’d love to hear your opinions, do you agree or disagree with me? Is there any educational aspect to Vanossgaming?
